Founded with a deep respect for feline behavior, comfort, and wellbeing, our grooming services are designed exclusively for cats—never rushed, never one-size-fits-all. Unlike traditional grooming environments that primarily cater to dogs, our approach is built entirely around the unique needs of cats, creating a quieter, more controlled experience that prioritizes their comfort and trust.

Behind The Purrfect Point is Haley Clifford, a feline-focused groomer whose path began in a very different creative space. After spending six years in art school, Haley discovered a deeper calling in working with animals—especially cats. That artistic foundation now carries into her grooming work, where attention to detail, patience, and intention shape every session.

Her experience as a veterinary receptionist further strengthens her passion for feline care, allowing her to support cats and their owners in multiple facets of their well being. Haley also has significant experience working with disabled animals—including deaf cats, blind cats, tripod cats, and her own cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH)—giving her a unique perspective and skill set for handling cats with special needs. She has trained with the National Cat Groomers Institute and is currently working toward her Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) designation—reflecting an ongoing commitment to education, safety, and excellence in feline-exclusive grooming.

The heart of this work began with Goose—her first cat, and the inspiration behind it all. While learning how to care for and understand her, Haley discovered that grooming could be something more than routine maintenance. Goose didn’t just tolerate grooming—she enjoyed it. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity, and what began as personal care quickly evolved into a dedicated pursuit of feline-exclusive grooming.

At The Purrfect Point, we also understand the people behind the cats. Our clients are devoted owners who want the very best for their companions, and we’re here to provide a level of care that reflects that same standard—thoughtful, specialized, and deeply respectful of each cat’s individual needs.

Today, that philosophy remains the same: to approach each cat as an individual, to move at their pace, and to create an environment where grooming feels safe, respectful, and as stress-free as possible.
